Meagan Good's maternal grandmother Tyra was in her teens at the time she was employed in Panorama City as a manager and father Leondis Leon Good, a policeman with the LAPD. The three siblings in Canyon Country California, and started her acting career when she was just four years old. She appeared as an extra to TV shows like Doogie Howser Amen & M.D. as she began her professional career. When she was 13, she was cast as the character Friday in the year 1995. Her role as Cisely, the troubled teen from Eve's Bayou (1997) garnered the attention of her peers. In recognition of this, she was nominated for two awards including her first N.A.A.C.P. Image Award nominee. Good began with tiny roles in films and on TV for a couple of years, and then moved into adult roles in the early 2000s. Her role was as Nina on Cousin Skeeter, a Nickelodeon T.V. show that ran from 1998 until 2001. In addition, she was cast in minor roles in the film House Party down to the end of the Minute as well as 3 Strikes. The year 2003 saw her was Vanessa Scott in My Wife and Kids. She appeared in D.E.B.S (2004) which was a comedy action movie. The movie won her the nomination of Best Actress by the Black Movie Awards for 2005. Then she appeared in movies such as You Get Served The Cookout as well as Venom One Missed call Waist Deep and The Love Guru. While active in 2012, she appeared appearing on T.V. In movies, she portrayed Mya in Think Like a Man with a cast of many stars and played the character of Ms. Stevens as Dysfunctional. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Originally from Texas Killmer was one of the students at Baylor University in Waco Texas and graduated with an B.F.A. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 2010 within the arts of performance. She began her screen career with the web-series If Can Dream. Kara Killmer debuted on screen after appearing in numerous local productions in Simon Fuller's television series If I Can Dream pilot in 2010. The show was based on a group of performers who begin residing in a house in Hollywood California.
